Qetaifan Projects and Rixos Sign MOU to debut operations of various projects in Qetaifan Island North

Qetaifan Projects participated in Project Qatar 2019 as the exclusive development partner of the exhibition, which was held at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center from 29/4/2019 to 1/5/2019. Qetaifan Projects’ COO – Mr. Hesham Sharaf and Assistant Manager-Business Analysis – Mrs. Nermen Abdel Aziz delivered a Continuing Professional Development Certified Training Program titled “Real Estate De-Constructed” on the first day of the exhibition. The workshop was attended by a large number of professionals and university students.

In the ambience of the event, H.E Sheikh Nasser bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani, Qetaifan Projects’ Managing Director, was interviewed by Al-Araby Al-Jadeed newspaper where he introduced Qetaifan Island North project with its different elements, features, and service. His Excellency has also declared that the island’s residential plots will abide to the freehold law; where expatriates can also own the property.

On the second day of the event, Mr. Mohamed El Garhy – Qetaifan Projects’ Chief Technical Officer presented a conference titled “Iconic Real Estate Developments Towards 2022 FIFA World Cup: Qetaifan Projects Investing in the Development of Qatar’s Tourism Industry”. Mr. El Garhy discussed how Qetaifan Island North project will be serving the Qatari tourism sector as well as the 2022 FIFA World Cup; Qetaifan Island North will be featuring fan zones with all the needed services to cater for the World Cup fans.

It is worth mentioning that this is the 16th edition of Project Qatar 2019, which brings together companies from all over the world, including Asia, Africa and Europe.
