Qetaifan Projects is a real estate development company founded in October 2017. It is fully owned by Katara Hospitality; a leading global hotel owner, developer and operator based in Qatar. Qetaifan Projects foremost objective is to build cities of sustainable and intelligent infrastructure to support Qatar’s long-term economic vision. What is Qetaifan Island North and Where are the Island located?

Qetaifan Island North consist of a 1.3km sq. triangular-like plot located in the north strip of the East coast of Lusail City, directly north of the 3 Qetaifan south islands and is surrounded by the clear blue waters of the Arabian Gulf and attractive green natural landscapes and vegetation.

Is Qetaifan the same as Legtaifiya?

Legtaifiya project is a gated community development with a private neighborhood and park located in Westbay, whereas Qetaifan Island north is a full-on master development community project located in Lusail.

What is offered for sale?

What are the prices of the plots offered for sale?

Is there a payment plan?

Yes, 3-4-year payment plan is available based on instalments. We may be also to aid in debt finance options if the investor requires so.

Can I visit the project?

Yes, site visits are allowed subject to prior arrangements and can be arranged in coordination with the Business Development team at Qetaifan Projects.

What is the expected handover date of the plots?

Infrastructure works are expected to be completed by November 2021. Plot handover to owners will take place approximately June 2022.

When can I start constructing my villa?

Buyers may be given early access to the site (for security and logistic reasons) and can start designing their villas immediately. Site access permissions and other permits can be granted in coordination with the concerned department(s) at Qetaifan Projects.

Are there any specific designs for the Villas?

No, there are no set designs. Owners can design their villa based on their own taste and preference. However, there are general design guidelines for Qetaifan Island North (as in all other districts is Lusail City) that owners must adhere to in order to meet certain regulatory and technical standards. Can I have basement in my villa?

Yes, one level only at approximately 300sqm.

What are the available/planned upcoming living facilities?

State of the Art Waterpark, Exclusive Beach Club, World Class 350-key Hotel and Resort, Luxurious Retail and Festival Plaza, Cultural Arabian souq, Upscale F&B outlets, live shows in the linear park, School and Medical Center just to name a few.

Can I sell my plot after purchasing?

Yes, subject to the satisfaction of certain requirements as per the signed Plot Reservation Form and Plot Sales and Purchase Agreement.

Can I rent out my property once it is constructed?

Yes, the Investor has the freedom to rent out his or her property.

Are there any service charges?

Yes, there are Community Service Charges plot owners are required to pay which is to be confirmed in due course.

How many car parking spaces do I get?

Two car parking spots available with paved driveways per villa.

Is there a Beach Club membership?

Not yet, however, it is to be confirmed in due course.

Do I have a private beach?

No, some plots will have direct beach access, but the beach is not private for a sole resident. However, gated communities within the master community may be able to have their own private beach to be accessed by the gated community’s residents.
