Launching of Qetaifan Island North’s Phase 2 Villa Plots
On the occasion of the Safety Award presented to Qetaifan Projects at the Safety & Security Book Launching event, and in the presence Mr. Hesham Sharaf – Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mahmoud Fahmy – Construction Director and Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani – Head of Business Development Department, Qetaifan Projects’ team, and amongst a group of VIP and visitors, Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani announced the sales launch of Qetaifan Island North’s Phase 2 Villa Plots.
From his side, His Excellency Sheikh Nasser bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani – Managing Director of Qetaifan Projects, expressed his contentment, saying, “It is with great pleasure that we have received this award, which comes as a culmination of the efforts of Qetaifan Projects team over the past two years. There is no doubt that the award puts more responsibility on us towards this huge national project through which we seek to be in line with the national vision of the State of Qatar and the country’s aspirations to lay the foundations for development in all sectors.” His Excellency added, “Qetaifan Island North project will contribute to serving all the state’s sectors, most importantly the real estate development sector, in addition to other sectors such as tourism, hospitality, and the entertainment sector. In general, Qetaifan Island North project will be added to the development and economic projects of the state through our endeavor for the island to be a unique entertainment and touristic destination that provides an integrated community offering world-class services and amenities for housing and entertainment.”
He continued, “Given the high demand on Qetaifan Island North’s Phase 1 villa plots, which was launched last year during Cityscape exhibition after studying the market and by offering competitive prices and payment facilities to owners and investors, and in continuation of the company’s success, we announce the launch of Phase 2 Villa Plots that are now open for reservation; including beach villas, waterfront villas, and garden villas. For transparency, the same sales mechanism that was used in Phase 1 will be applied; by bidding on the down payment only in a ceremony attended by all interested investors that reserved a plot, and in the presence of the Sales Agent.”
It is worth mentioning that the areas of the beach villa plots range from 1000sqm to 2400sqm, the waterfront plots from 1000sqm to 1800sqm, and the garden villa plots reach an area of 1300sqm at an average of 850sqm. The design of the villas allows building a ground floor in addition to two floors, including the first floor and the penthouse, and it is also possible to build a basement for those who wish. The villa plots are located on the eastern side of the island on the beach and overlook the hotel.
